You may request revisions based on the limit specified in your publishing package. We continue working until your expectations are met. If the fundamental structure of your cover or manuscript remains unchanged, no extra charges apply. Edits are usually delivered within 48 hours. Requests made after approval will be treated as a new order.
Refunds are not applicable if:
– You purchased a custom package
– Project has already been approved or entered production
– Cancellation was not due to service-related reasons
– No contact has been made within 2 weeks
– Project is offered to another publisher or designer
– Creative brief is missing critical details
– Full redesign is requested after approval
– 15 days have passed since order placement
No refunds are provided for domain registration, hosting, SEO, social media, or marketing campaigns. Once the book is submitted for publication, no refunds are applicable. Divine Book Publisher retains the right to decline a proposal or terminate a contract. In case of a refund, all designs, content, and files remain the property of Divine Book Publisher.
